Ingredients

  • 1/2 cucumber per person
  • tablespoon of deep fried peanuts per person
  • minced garlic
  • chili powder
  • oil
  • sugar
  • soy sauce
  • black vinegar
  • salt

Procedures

  1. smash cucumber with flat side of knife (brutally)
  2. heat oil in pan until smoking
  3. plate cucumber, top with minced garlic and chili powder
  4. pour smoking oil on top of garlic and chili powder
  5. season with sugar, soy sauce, black vinegar, and salt
  6. finally, top with deep fried peanuts

Notes

  • black vinegar is very sour, so season to taste - depends on sour tolerance
  • peanuts are completely optional
