Ingredients
- 1/2 cucumber per person
- tablespoon of deep fried peanuts per person
- minced garlic
- chili powder
- oil
- sugar
- soy sauce
- black vinegar
- salt
Procedures
- smash cucumber with flat side of knife (brutally)
- heat oil in pan until smoking
- plate cucumber, top with minced garlic and chili powder
- pour smoking oil on top of garlic and chili powder
- season with sugar, soy sauce, black vinegar, and salt
- finally, top with deep fried peanuts
Notes
- black vinegar is very sour, so season to taste - depends on sour tolerance
- peanuts are completely optional
