Ingredients

  • orzo
  • butter
  • minced garlic
  • parmesan
  • fresh parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Procedures

  1. boil orzo until al dente
  2. melt butter in pan, let it heat up until slightly browning
  3. turn down heat and add minced garlic
  4. add pasta water, cook until reduced and creamy
  5. add orzo and parmesan to your heart’s content
  6. season to taste
  7. mix in parsley right as you kill the heat
