Ingredients
- orzo
- butter
- minced garlic
- parmesan
- fresh parsley
- salt
- pepper
Procedures
- boil orzo until al dente
- melt butter in pan, let it heat up until slightly browning
- turn down heat and add minced garlic
- add pasta water, cook until reduced and creamy
- add orzo and parmesan to your heart’s content
- season to taste
- mix in parsley right as you kill the heat
Notes
- can use browned butter for richer flavour
