Ingredients

  • 1 egg per person
  • minced garlic
  • soy sauce
  • noodles
  • napa cabbage

Procedures

  1. cut napa cabbage to 1-inch pieces
  2. boil noodles according to package instructions
  3. remove noodles when done, then cook napa cabbage in the same water
  4. heat oil until smoking, drop egg, fry until sides are golden, then reduce to medium-low
  5. remove egg and place on top of noodles and napa cabbage
  6. top egg with minced garlic
  7. add oil and heat until smoking, then pour on top of minced garlic
  8. season immediately with soy sauce

  • can switch napa cabbage for any green to cook quickly
