- cut napa cabbage to 1-inch pieces
- boil noodles according to package instructions
- remove noodles when done, then cook napa cabbage in the same water
- heat oil until smoking, drop egg, fry until sides are golden, then reduce to medium-low
- remove egg and place on top of noodles and napa cabbage
- top egg with minced garlic
- add oil and heat until smoking, then pour on top of minced garlic
- season immediately with soy sauce

- can switch napa cabbage for any green to cook quickly
