Ingredients

  • red-skinned peanuts
  • oil
  • salt

Procedures

  1. heat on medium-high heat
  2. drop peanuts, then reduce heat to medium-low
  3. slowly cook until peanuts are golden brown
  4. remove peanuts from pan, and season with salt while hot

  • sticking with red-skinned peanuts just because that’s how mom makes it
