Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Soy sauce
  • Cooking wine
  • Ginger
  • Green onion

Procedures

  1. Cover eggs with tap water
  2. Bring to a rolling boil, and then turn off the heat
  3. Let sit for 3 minutes and 15 seconds
  4. Rinse with cold water and peel gently
  5. Make soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger, and green onion mix
  6. Place eggs in mix, and cover with cold water
  7. Refrigerate for 12 hours

Notes

  • To stop eggs from floating, place a paper towel on top of the water
  • Seasoning for the mix is up to you
