Ingredients
- Eggs
- Soy sauce
- Cooking wine
- Ginger
- Green onion
Procedures
- Cover eggs with tap water
- Bring to a rolling boil, and then turn off the heat
- Let sit for 3 minutes and 15 seconds
- Rinse with cold water and peel gently
- Make soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger, and green onion mix
- Place eggs in mix, and cover with cold water
- Refrigerate for 12 hours
Notes
- To stop eggs from floating, place a paper towel on top of the water
- Seasoning for the mix is up to you
